  - `msg_count` integer — only for role play
  - `practices` object[] — example: [{'word_id':bool}],the array sequence is the practice sequence, the key is practice question word id, and the value is the practice result that answer is correct or not.
  - `word_id` integer — flashcard word id, reserve field, ignore it
