`POST /api/notifications`

## Request body

- Notification
  - `nid` integer — A unique integer value identifying each notification
  - `activity` Activity, required — Activity being notified.
    - `user` UserDetail, required — User details.
      - `username` string, required — Required. 150 characters or fewer. Letters, digits and @/./+/-/_ only.
      - `email` string, email
    - `project` ProjectDetail, required — Project where the activity was performed.
      - `pid` string, uuid — A UUID identifying this project.
      - `name` string — Project name.
    - `description` string, required — Activity description.
    - `created` string, date-time — Date when the activity was performed.
  - `seen` boolean — Whether the notification was seen.
