# Archive multiple chart of accounts

`POST /v3/classifications/chart-of-accounts/bulk/archive`

Archive multiple chart of accounts with one API request. In the response, the `archived` field for each object is set as `true`.

## Query parameters

- `ids` string, required — BILL-generated IDs of the chart of accounts. Values begin with `0ca`. Set the IDs as comma-separated values.

## Headers

- `sessionId` string, nullable — API session ID generated with `/v3/login`
- `devKey` string, nullable — Developer key generated with your BILL developer account

Archive multiple chart of accounts response

- ClassificationChartOfAccountsBulkResponseDto — Response Dto for bulk classification chart of accounts.
  - `chartOfAccounts` ClassificationChartOfAccountsResponseDto[] — List of chart of accounts
    - `id` string — BILL-generated ID of the chart of accounts. The value begins with `0ca`.
    - `archived` boolean — Set as `true` if the chart of accounts is archived
    - `name` string — Chart of accounts name
    - `description` string — Chart of accounts description
    - `parentId` string — BILL-generated ID of the parent chart of accounts. You can set this field if this chart of accounts is a child object.
    - `account` object — Chart of accounts details
      - `type` 'UNSPECIFIED' | 'ACCOUNTS_PAYABLE' | 'ACCOUNTS_RECEIVABLE' | 'BANK' | 'COST_OF_GOODS_SOLD' | 'CREDIT_CARD' | 'EQUITY' | 'EXPENSE' | 'FIXED_ASSET' | 'INCOME' | 'LONG_TERM_LIABILITY' | 'OTHER_ASSET' | 'OTHER_CURRENT_ASSET' | 'OTHER_CURRENT_LIABILITY' | 'OTHER_EXPENSE' | 'OTHER_INCOME' | 'NON_POSTING' | 'UNDEFINED' — Type

    - `createdTime` string, date-time — Created date and time
