Returns the user's saved Sales Navigator searches.

Call this at the start of a search task when the user references prior work ("run my fintech search", "the usual list"). Match the user's intent against the returned name, then pass the matching savedSearchUrl straight into search_sales_nav_people / search_sales_nav_companies via the url field — no filter assembly needed.

Requires an active Sales Nav seat.
