`GET /health/readiness`

The test indicates readiness to receive traffic

## Response `200`

Successful operation

- MessageOK — Generic acknowledgement.
  - `message` string, required — Human-readable result of the operation.
  - `time` string, date-time, required — Server time when the response was produced (RFC 3339).

## Other responses

- `400` — Bad Request
- `500` — Internal Server Error
