# Get Docket Search Status

`GET /docket_searches/{search_request_id}/status`

Fetches the state of the docket search request with the given UUID.

## Path parameters

- `search_request_id` string, uuid, required — The unique identifier of the litigation/bankruptcy search request to fetch the state for.

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- V1DocketSearchState — Represents a docket search state.
  - `id` string, uuid, required — The identifier of this docket search request.
  - `business_id` string, uuid, nullable — The identifier of the business the search was performed for.
  - `person_id` string, uuid, nullable — The identifier of the person the search was performed for.
  - `business_search_id` string, uuid, nullable — The identifier of the business search the docket search was performed for
  - `state` 'PENDING' | 'EXECUTING' | 'COMPLETED' | 'FAILED' | 'CANCELLED', required
