Get the SignalR service and its properties.

Gets subscription Id which uniquely identify the Microsoft Azure subscription. The subscription ID forms part of the URI for every service call.
resourceGroupNamestring required
The name of the resource group that contains the resource. You can obtain this value from the Azure Resource Manager API or the portal.
resourceNamestring required
The name of the SignalR resource.
