Lists all of the legacy peerings under the given subscription matching the specified kind and location.

## Query parameters

- `peeringLocation` string, required
- `kind` 'Direct' | 'Exchange', required
- `asn` integer
- `directPeeringType` 'Edge' | 'Transit' | 'Cdn' | 'Internal' | 'Ix' | 'IxRs' | 'Voice' | 'EdgeZoneForOperators' | 'PeerProp'
