This method gets a data manager job given the jobId.
get/subscriptions/{subscriptionId}/resourceGroups/{resourceGroupName}/providers/Microsoft.HybridData/dataManagers/{dataManagerName}/dataServices/{dataServiceName}/jobDefinitions/{jobDefinitionName}/jobs/{jobId}
