Hubs
Creates a hub, or updates an existing hub.
put/subscriptions/{subscriptionId}/resourceGroups/{resourceGroupName}/providers/Microsoft.CustomerInsights/hubs/{hubName}

The name of the Hub.

Gets subscription credentials which uniquely identify Microsoft Azure subscription. The subscription ID forms part of the URI for every service call.
