Accepts a mix of EDINET codes and securities codes. Returns up to `years` fiscal years per company, most recent first. ## Request body - BatchFinancialsRequest - `codes` string[], required — List of EDINET or securities codes (1–100). - `years` integer — Number of fiscal years per company. - `fields` string[], nullable — Financial fields to include. Null returns all fields. ## Response `200` Successful Response - ListResponseFinancialOut - `data` FinancialOut[], required — Array of result objects. - `edinet_code` string, required — EDINET submitter code (e.g. 'E02144'). - `fiscal_year` integer, required — Fiscal year label. '2024' means the fiscal year ending in calendar year 2024. - `period_end` string, date, required — Last day of the fiscal period (e.g. '2024-03-31'). - `revenue` integer, nullable — Revenue (売上高) in JPY. IFRS: Revenue; JP-GAAP: 売上高 or 営業収益. - `net_income` integer, nullable — Net income attributable to owners of the parent in JPY. Null if not reported. - `operating_income` integer, nullable — Operating income (営業利益) in JPY. - `ordinary_income` integer, nullable — Ordinary income (経常利益) in JPY. JP-GAAP only; includes non-operating items. - `total_assets` integer, nullable — Total assets (総資産) in JPY. - `total_equity` integer, nullable — Total equity including non-controlling interests in JPY. - `net_assets` integer, nullable — Net assets (純資産) in JPY. Typically negative. - `financing_cf` integer, nullable — Financing cash flow in JPY. Negative = net repayment. - `eps` number, nullable — Basic EPS in JPY (e.g. 285.23). - `diluted_eps` number, nullable — Diluted EPS in JPY. Adjusts for convertibles/options. - `dividends_per_share` number, nullable — Annual DPS in JPY (e.g. 75.0). Interim + year-end. - `bps` number, nullable — Book value per share in JPY. - `roe` number, nullable — Return on equity (%). E.g. 12.5 means 12.5%. - `pe_ratio` number, nullable — Price-to-earnings ratio. Derived from market price ÷ EPS when available. - `num_employees` integer, nullable — Number of employees (headcount). Unitless integer. - `payout_ratio` number, nullable — Payout ratio (%). E.g. 30.0 = 30%.
