`GET /v1/filings/{doc_id}`

- `doc_id` string, required

Successful Response

  - `data` FilingOut, required
    - `doc_id` string, required — EDINET document ID (e.g. 'S100ABCD'). Globally unique.
    - `edinet_code` string, required — EDINET submitter code of the filing company.
    - `doc_type` string, required — EDINET doc type code. 120=annual, 130=semi-annual, 140=quarterly, 150=extraordinary.
    - `doc_type_label` string, nullable — Japanese label for doc_type (e.g. '有価証券報告書').
    - `fiscal_year` integer, required — Fiscal year the filing covers.
    - `period_start` string, date, required — First day of the reporting period.
    - `period_end` string, date, required — Last day of the reporting period.
    - `accounting_standard` string, required — Accounting standard used: 'Japan GAAP', 'IFRS', or 'US GAAP'.
    - `filed_at` string, date-time, nullable — When the filing was submitted to EDINET. Null if not available.
    - `received_at` string, date-time, required — When Axiora ingested this filing from EDINET.
    - `doc_description` string, nullable — Description from EDINET (e.g. '有価証券報告書 第120期').
    - `created_at` string, date-time, required — When this record was created in Axiora.
  - `meta` Meta, required
    - `total` integer, nullable — Total number of matching records (list endpoints only).
    - `limit` integer, nullable — Maximum records returned per page.
    - `offset` integer, nullable — Number of records skipped (offset-based pagination).
    - `next_cursor` string, nullable — Opaque cursor for the next page (keyset pagination). Null on the last page.
    - `request_id` string, required — Unique request identifier for tracing and support (e.g. 'req_abc123').
