Used to list only contacts who's aliases start with the specified prefix.

Type'PERSONAL' | 'ESCALATION' | 'ONCALL_SCHEDULE'

The type of contact. A contact is type <code>PERSONAL</code> and an escalation plan is type <code>ESCALATION</code>.
