`GET /#Action=DownloadDBLogFilePortion`

Downloads all or a portion of the specified log file, up to 1 MB in size.

This command doesn't apply to RDS Custom.

- `NumberOfLines` integer
- `Action` 'DownloadDBLogFilePortion', required
