Removes a campaign by deleting the solution deployment. The solution that the campaign is based on is not deleted and can be redeployed when needed. A deleted campaign can no longer be specified in a <a href="https://docs.aws.amazon.com/personalize/latest/dg/API_RS_GetRecommendations.html">GetRecommendations</a> request.
