`PATCH /global-networks/{globalNetworkId}`

Updates an existing global network. To remove information for any of the parameters, specify an empty string.

    - `CreatedAt` string, date-time — The date and time that the global network was created.
    - `State` 'PENDING' | 'AVAILABLE' | 'DELETING' | 'UPDATING' — The state of the global network.
    - `Tags` Tag[] — The tags for the global network.
      - `Key` string — <p>The tag key.</p> <p>Constraints: Maximum length of 128 characters.</p>
      - `Value` string — <p>The tag value.</p> <p>Constraints: Maximum length of 256 characters.</p>
