Retrieves the current IoT SiteWise logging options.

Success

- DescribeLoggingOptionsResponse
  - `loggingOptions` object, required — The current logging options.
    - `level` 'ERROR' | 'INFO' | 'OFF', required — The IoT SiteWise logging verbosity level.

- `483` — ResourceNotFoundException
