`DELETE /billing-groups/{billingGroupName}`

Deletes the billing group.

Requires permission to access the [DeleteBillingGroup](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/service-authorization/latest/reference/list_awsiot.html#awsiot-actions-as-permissions) action.
