`POST /#X-Amz-Target=AmazonForecast.DeleteMonitor`

Deletes a monitor resource. You can only delete a monitor resource with a status of <code>ACTIVE</code>, <code>ACTIVE_STOPPED</code>, <code>CREATE_FAILED</code>, or <code>CREATE_STOPPED</code>.
