Get Talent T4 Report by Applicant ID
Returns a T4 report for the specified talent for the specified year.
get/v1/reports/T4/{applicantId}/{supplierGuid}/{yearId}

The calendar year for which the T4 report is being requested.
applicantIdstring required
The identifier of the talent.
