# Get a List of Talent Questionnaires

`GET /v1/talent/{talentId}/questionnaire`

Retrieves questionnaires from the profile of the specified talent record.

## Path parameters

- `talentId` string, required

## Headers

- `RequestId` string, uuid — The unique request identifier used to correlate request data with log entries and events, formatted as a UUID.
- `FrontOfficeTenantId` integer
- `Tenant` string

## Response `200`

A list of talent questionnaires.

- ApplicantQuestionnaire[]
  - `talentId` integer — The identifier for the talent.
  - `questionGroup` integer — The identifier for the questionnaire.
  - `questionGroupName` string — The name of the questionnaire.
  - `questionnaire` Questionnaire[] — Details about the questionnaire.
    - `appAnswerId` integer — The identifier for the answer.
    - `reqId` integer — The identifier for the request.
    - `reqQuestion` string — The question asked in the questionnaire.
    - `reqAnswer` string — The answer provided by the talent.
    - `reqAnswerCorrect` boolean — An indication of whether the talent's answer is correct or not.
    - `reqQuestionScore` integer — The total score received by the talent for the specified question.
    - `reqQuestionType` string — The type of question.

- `404` — Not found
- `405` — Unsupported method
- `406` — Unsupported format(s) indicated by Accept header
- `415` — Unsupported format(s) indicated by the Content-Type header
