Submit a CSAT response for a conversation.

Validates:

  • Conversation exists and belongs to your company
  • CSAT survey was sent for the conversation
  • No existing CSAT response for the conversation

Rating values:

  • YES_NO rating style: 0 (No) or 1 (Yes)
  • EMOTICONS rating style: 0-4 (becomes 1-5 in response)
