List Website Members

Returns all users with access to a website — both organization members (implicit access to every website in the org) and users with explicit website-member rows. Each entry includes an access_type field (organization or website) so you can tell them apart. If a user has both an org membership and a stray website-member row, they appear once with access_type: "organization". Accepts a global API key, or a website-scoped key if the website is in the key's allowlist.
