# Remove an object (by id and type, or track number, or clear) from a playlist

`POST /playlists/{playlist_id}/remove`

Remove objects from a playlist using track number in the list or object id and type. Using clear will empty the entire list.

## Path parameters

- `playlist_id` string, required

## Query parameters

- `id` string
- `type` 'song' | 'album' | 'artist' | 'playlist'
- `track` string
- `clear` 0 | 1

## Request body

- PlaylistRemoveRequest
  - `id` string — Object id
  - `type` 'song' | 'album' | 'artist' | 'playlist'
  - `track` string — Track number to remove from the playlist
  - `clear` 0 | 1 — Clear the whole playlist

## Response `200`
