# Take a list out of a playlist folder

`DELETE /playlist-folders/{playlist_folder_id}/items`

Returns a list to the root. The list itself is untouched; because an unfiled list has no stored placement at all, removing one that was never filed is not an error.

- `playlist_folder_id` string, required
