`POST /security_qa/kb/file/index`

Index / re-index KB file(s). Body ``action`` ∈ {index_one, index_many,
force_index}; ``file_id`` (or ``file_ids``), optional ``engine_provider``.
There is no whole-KB rebuild — re-index per file (``force_index``).
