Get Image Url For Company Controller

Gets the URL of an image corresponding to the provided network. Looking at the data available to us, should be sufficient for all of the following use cases:

• broadcast network / cable network (cbs, nfl, fox, espn, ...)
• device (xfinity, dish, directv, ...)
• service (youtube, youtube tv, tubi, ...)

Internal implementation relies on TVMaze for a rule-based mechanism to retrieve images.
