Get Google Ads Field Attribute Names

Returns a list of Field attribute names for our "Custom" Google Ads stream.

We derive this from the Google Ads Fields Service itself, but do so statically via a script in the tap and then copy over the results, getting us out of a lot of runtime while still ensuring our schema is accurate.
