Updates user peer network CIDRS of an organization VPC peering connection.

The API endpoint /v1/organization/{organization_id}/vpc/{organization_vpc_id}/peering-connection/{peering_connection_id}/user-peer-network-cidrs is deprecated. Use https://api.aiven.io/v1/organization/{organization\_id}/vpc/{organization\_vpc\_id}/user-peer-network-cidrs instead. It will be removed on 2026-04-30.
