# Creates Changes

`POST /changes`

The change entity refers to a record that represents a request or action to modify, add, or remove something within the IT infrastructure or the organization. Changes can include alterations to hardware, software, configurations, processes, or services. 


The change management process in ServiceNow, for example, typically involves the submission, review, approval, implementation, and monitoring of these changes to ensure they are executed smoothly and minimize disruptions to services.
