Activate a signal in the meaning manifold (canonical plan §7).

Feed-forward, one shot: present text or an embedding → reconcile to the native language (the grounded anchors it activates) + its density-zoom layer → optionally return the nearest authorized artifacts. The embedding is the carrier; classic /search and this share the same manifold.
