# Unlink Player

`POST /v1/users/{user_id}/unlink_player`

Unlink a player from a user.

## Path parameters

- `user_id` string, required

## Request body

- LinkPlayerRequest
  - `player_id` string, required — The unique player ID to link to the user.

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- UserRead
  - `id` string, required — The unique identifier of the user.
  - `name` string — The name of the user.
  - `avatar_url` string — The avatar URL of the user.
  - `player_id` string — The unique player ID of the user. If the user is not linked to a player, this field will be null.

## Other responses

- `422` — Validation Error
