Create Simple Application

Create an application end-to-end.

Creates the application artifact, a default variant, and a first committed revision whose data comes from the request. This is the recommended entry point for "spin up a new application from a template". For more control over variant and revision creation, use the structured endpoints under /applications/. See Simple Endpoints.
