Get micro block transactions by hash

## Response `200`

Successful operation

- GenericTxs
  - `transactions` GenericSignedTx[], required
    - `tx` GenericTx, required
      - `version` integer, required
      - `type` string, required
    - `block_height` integer, required
    - `block_hash` string, required — Base58Check encoded tagged hash
    - `hash` string, required — Base58Check encoded tagged hash
    - `encoded_tx` string — Base64Check encoded tagged byte array
    - `signatures` EncodedValue[] — At least one signature is required unless for Generalized Account Meta transactions

## Other responses

- `400` — Invalid hash
- `404` — Block not found
- `503` — The node is temporarily unable to handle the request: either its request queues are saturated (overload protection) or it has not yet reached a stable mode. Overload protection is applied to every endpoint, so this response can be returned by any operation. The Retry-After header tells the client how long to back off before retrying.
