Update Position Location for an Order

Specifications:

  1. Order must not be adjudicated to a final "pass" or "fail" status
  2. At a minimum jobLocation.country is required when setting a fail adjudication decision. If the jobLocation.country is US, then all 4 parameters within the jobLocation array are required in order to determine whether the jurisdiction of the job requires additional notices to be provided.''

Order ID to update. Orders that did not originate from API v3 will not have an order ID. Instead use the package ID. This starts with a "Y" and is followed by 7 digits. Note: The entire jobLocation array will be updated when making this call.
